Open Enrollment - Deadline November 30th - All Full-Time Employees Must Act this Year!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • New College electronic benefit administration system being implemented during this year’s Open Enrollment
  • All full-time benefit eligible employees must perform a one-time entry of their information and make the benefit elections and/or formally decline benefits – current coverage will not roll into 2025!
  • New benefit options: Enroll or Decline?
    • Voluntary Vision
    • Long-Term Disability, Basic Life & Voluntary Life open to all employees without evidence of insurability
  • Deadline: midnight Saturday, November 30th

How do I access the new Benefits Administration System?

The benefits administration system is found under the myMCC tile system:

Employee Home/Human Resources/Benefits/Employee Benefits

To learn about the new electronic benefits administration system and this year’s benefit offerings, you may view the recorded presentationYou may also refer to the several instructional Open Enrollment articles that have been published and archived in the Daily Tribune. Information on all benefits can be found in the benefits administration system.

Where Can I go for Assistance?

This is a short work week and you are strongly encouraged to enter and review the benefits administration system to avoid benefit election uncertainty over the holiday weekend.

You may email the Human Resources Office (mcchrbenefits@poscoop.com) or call (585) 292-2048 this week during College hours for assistance.

What Can College Employees and Supervisors do?

Under 70% of eligible employees have acted. Supervisors can help by reaching out to their staff to remind them that all full-time employees must act this year; this means faculty, support staff and administrators.  Don’t be shy, ask your colleagues how their Open Enrollment is going?
